"Davy's" fish restaurant, Beamish

Opened in July 2011, this reconstruction of a late Victorian fish and chip shop is the latest addition to the attractions at Beamish Open Air Museum. The coal-fired ranges dating from the early 20th century and the wall tiles were salvaged from various sites in the north-east.
