Set back about 30 metres from Fordwych Road. My first thought on seeing the building was "Where's the church?". The answer is, this is it, purpose-built in 1988. It replaced the original church, a foundation stone http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/2970260 for which is preserved in the wall of this building. The date shown is August 23rd 1887. St Cuthbert's is an Anglican church. http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/2970243 to a closeup view of the church bell on a plinth.
