Described as 'edinburgh's flagship business location', this nine-storey office block is between Ocean Terminal and the Scottish Executive buildings in the regenerated Edinburgh waterfront area http://www.oceanpoint.co.uk/index.htm. The 8 floors for letting total 5760 sq.m, and the top four are occupied by Visit Scotland. Any intending tenants would be wise to check details, since part of the website indicates that the area will be served by the new trams - it won't, or not at least for the foreseeable future.
