Oval Paddling Pool

This paddling pool has tiered seating surrounding it. Photos from the 1920s onwards show it as a paddling pool. An old postcard from the 1900s however shows a bandstand standing here. The bandstand is not the same as the one next to the paddling pool near the pier entrance. In the background are hotels and apartments on South Promenade.
