Dating from the late 19th century. A 1908 photo shows it housing "Adams's Grocery, Ale, Wine, Spirit and Mineral Water Stores; it later housed a branch of Tescos (at least between the 1960s and early 1980s). It is now a Cafe Rouge restaurant. The building is locally listed.
