Currently vacant premise on the northern side of Donegall Pass. Last seen, on the right, in Image (October 2007) when it had a “sold” sign. Planning permission (no Z/2008/1190/F) “Change of use from existing ground floor offices to restaurant with take away facility” was given in August 2008.
