This property is relatively newish, having been built on the footprint of an older cottage of the same name I believe. These sort of houses leave me firmly in two minds; on the one hand I'm all for showcasing new house styles and seeing what some homeowners / developers can first visualise and then actually achieve BUT I also want to scream when I see a home that resembles a unit at the rear of a small business park, the sort of place that might support your IT function, undertake a private medical attendance report or house a funky PR outfit. There is no other property in a similar style to this for many, many miles (I can think of one - virtually identical - in Leintwardine, Herefordshire) and it sticks out like the proverbial sore thumb amongst cottages, farms and houses of more traditional build. Good on 'em anyway. It exists.
