These are the lines that went into the Goods Shed. They were cut off long ago when the site was converted firstly to a roller skating rink, then a fitness gym, now a furniture store and children's play area. Not long ago you could see more lines where they crossed the road into the commercial premises on the other side, now a block of flats. The long closed and semi-derelict Station Hotel is visible in the back of the picture. This building is closely joined to the station itself.
