Situated in Church Road, this TE replaced the Manual TE in the 1960s and has the code SDBMBRD. It provides telephone and broadband services to 2,772 residential and 139 non-residential premises in Bembridge plus St Helens nearby. Ventilation louvres and venetian blinds behind the windows to keep the sun out, can be seen in this photo. This TE has (01983) 87xxxx numbers, the (01983) referring to the Isle of Wight group of sixteen TEs, and its postcode is PO35 5NA.
