This occupies what used to be the Salvation Army Hall. The building features the same red brick and buff terracotta as the adjacent Central Library, but in a more sedate style. Unfortunately the ground floor terracotta has all been painted over, and the original lettering chiselled off http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/2811411.
