This football ground has been superseded by a new stadium on the other side of the river which has had various names over the years, see the Wikipedia entry at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kirklees_Stadium ; see Image for another view of this older ground. The occasion here was not a football match but a celebration of 100 years of the Anglican Diocese of Wakefield.
