Wilmont Cottages, at the corner of Dunmurry Lane and the Upper Malone Road, were part of the estate of Wilmont House Image (architect Thomas Jackson) and probably date from the same period. Listed as HB26/16/007 they fell into disrepair and were restored by the Hearth Housing Association – full story here http://www.hearth-housing.org.uk/Wilmont.html . The restoration architect was Dawson Stelfox. Image shows the cottages before restoration.
