Seen from the A3400 road is a distant view of the main house which is now a hotel. Dating back to the mid 17th century, the house was re-modelled in 1858-62 and is the most important and impressive High Victorian house in the county. Listed grade I, details are at http://www.britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/en-482970-ettington-park-hotel-ettington Close by the house is a listed garden temple, two tunnels (probably a garden folly or grotto) that are also listed and the remains of a 13th century church that is both listed and a scheduled ancient monument.
