Aka St Andrews Chambers. Built by G.T. Redmayne for the Scottish Widows Fund Life Assurance Society, 1872. Pevsner comments that Redmayne's pupilship in Alfred Waterhouse's office manifests itself in his use of tourelles and tall traceried windows. These vertical accents accentuate the sense of height. Grade II listed.
