At one of the entrances to the Grosvenor Shopping centre is another of the wonderful Patisserie Valerie establishments.First established in London in 1926 this chain of high quality patisserie shops is gradually spreading in the UK. Based on a concept of Madame Valerie, a Belgian chocolatier, it now serves amongst many things a range of light snacks.Image] Almost a French quarter here as next door in a more modern building is Cafe Rouge another delightful place to eat (I am told). Both were highly recommended by my wife and daughter on their shopping trip.Whilst at the sharp end of 'geographing' it's down to soup, sandwich and a bag of crisps and cold fingers.
