A jolly little former warehouse now isolated amid a post-war housing estate. Large round-arched windows with stone voussoirs and keystones. The taller bay containing the staircase is clearly, despite the token effort with the keystones, a later and unsympathetic addition. It has been converted into offices, was empty at the time of the photo, but had previously been boarded-up so progress of a sorts. A photograph on the city council's website shows it occupied by Staveley-Smith Controls Limited in 1970. At May 2012, it had been taken over by Manchester International College.
