Located in eastern Cowbridge at the crossroads of Cardiff Road, Aberthin Road, Eastgate and St Athan Road. The Shorter Oxford English Dictionary defines brasserie as "A (French) saloon selling beer and usually food; generally, an informal restaurant." The second definition applies here.
