Eyecatching with its row of extraordinary chimneys, like a spiky hairdo, joined by a curved parapet. Jolly terracotta facade, which now fronts 1980s offices. Built as offices, shops and warehousing in 1903 by I.R.E. Birkett. Grade II listed.
