Viewed from the bridge in Thomas Telford Road, the houses back onto the bank of the River Esk. The scaffolding-clad spire on the right is part of Erskine Church, which is closed. The scaffolding has been in place since at least 2008 when the spire was photographed by Walter Baxter (Image]).
