Metrolink tram 1003 waiting at the tram stop at the Shudehill Transport Interchange. 1003 is one of the first batch of T68 trams delivered in 1992. Unlike the others in the 10xx and 200x series, which carry the old blue, white and grey livery, 1003 has been repainted in the newer silver and yellow colours. It also carries full height bodyside adverts for Manchester Christmas Markets in maroon (presumably this is only temporary for the Christmas season).
