Former warehouse known as Minshull House, probably mid C19th. Large arch with stone voussoirs (subsequently glazed), flanked by tall, narrow arched windows. The listing notes that the brickwork is English garden wall bond, but it's so (attractively) weathered it's hard to tell. Grade II listed. It's now used by Manchester Metropolitan University.
