This 1998 view taken from Washington Street shows the motive power depot, Swansea-Paddington running lines and the Landore viaduct at Image Morfa Stadium stands in the right hand distance, this was demolished on the 31st of July 1999. The site is now occupied by Morfa Retail Park. This vista isn't possible any more due to the growth of trees just beyond the railway fence.
