Violently red even after a hundred years of weathering. Red brick and terracotta, with big gables and a copper-domed corner tower. Built 1904 by Thomas Winn. Grade II listed. The listing notes that the Jubilee was "described as Leeds' only remaining gin palace ... and served spirits to the lower middle classes". These days it is a lap-dancing club and offices above.
