Owned by the National Trust and currently (2011) being renovated for eventual public display. Built in 1854 at the Copperhouse Foundry, Hayle, used on three sites and gave 100 years of service. The cylinder is 80" bore. This shows the cylinder head with the steam and equilibrium valves on opposite sides - a feature championed by the engine's desigher Samuel Grose.
