Viewed across Tredegar Street. Tredegar Grounds was donated to the town of Risca by Lord Tredegar to commemorate Queen Victoria's Diamond Jubilee in 1897. The roughly triangular shaped park is bounded by Tredegar Street, Park Road and Station Road. The trees were still bare at the date of this view, April 10th 2011, but warm and sunny weather attracted many people to the park today.
