The pile of rubble is all that remains of the DBS Furniture Showrooms, seen here Image in 2007. The showrooms had occupied the site since 1962. Previous occupants included the Harrington Tubular Bell Foundry in the early years of the 20th century and the Clarendon Pressing and Welding Company Ltd from the 1930s to 1962.
