Twenty Drove

Twenty Drove leads from Twenty in a dead straight line to Spinney Farm, where it turns west at right angles and becomes Bourne Drove. Spinney Farm is in the distance in this photograph. Both Twenty Drove and Bourne Drove are very poorly surfaced and uneven, with sudden dips and hollows in the road. This is a typical fenland scene with a flat landscape, large hedgeless fields, often isolated trees and lonely farms.
