This tall and narrow monument in the chancel is principally to Mary Jones who died in 1828, the wife of MP for Swathling Edwin Godden Jones. Crafted in Florence by Niccolo Bazzanti, its central panel with its poignant depiction of a distressed angel and mourners is particularly beautiful. http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/2677584
