A Curious Name

The map names this as Culburnie, but according to its own sign it has this rather unusual name. In fact a look at the first edition of the six-inch Ordnance Survey map https://maps.nls.uk/geo/explore/#zoom=16&lat=57.6155&lon=-2.6397&layers=5&b=1 names an area close by as Headrooms.
