These are the Grade II Listed former entrance gates to the Oatlands Park Hotel together with their associated symmetrical lodges, all dating from the early 19th Century. There is a photograph of the gates in 1904 in the Francis Frith collection here http://www.francisfrith.com/weybridge/photos/entrance-to-oatlands-park-hotel-1904_51684/ The road in front is the A3050 Oatlands Drive.
