Another plank of the London County Council's redevelopment plan for Elephant and Castle, this fourteen-storey tower was built c1964 by the LCC's own Architects' Department. It is now the London College of Communication. More information here: http://postwarbuildings.com/buildings/london-school-of-printing-and-graphic-arts . On the left is a sliver of the generating station in the middle of the roundabout. It is clad in aluminium panels and doubles as a monument to Michael Faraday (Image]).
