The former Brunner Mond (and ICI; now Tata) chemical works is by the River Weaver opposite the Anderton boat lift, which has given access to the Trent and Mersey Canal since the 1870s, though not continuously. This telephoto view was taken from river bank at the western end of the Anderton Nature Park. Image]
