This is the northernmost example of a business postbox for franked mail only (see detailed description below). However, it is obviously out of use currently, its opening sealed with tape. Like all boxes in Lerwick, there are two weekday 'final collection' times, one for off-islands next-day delivery (1pm) and one for Shetland items (5pm). The single advertised Saturday collection is 3:15pm.
