Camelford House, Albert Embankment

One of a series of post-war office blocks lining the southern stretch of Albert Embankment. Camelford was designed by T.P. Bennett in 1960. It has a powerful grid, like a vertical draughtsboard, composed of contrasting bands of stone and brick.
