The property on the left side of the picture has been demolished to make way for The Quarterdeck, a development by Pennyfarthing Homes (http://www.pennyfarthinghomes.co.uk/ ). Their web site says "Twelve 3 bedroom luxury cliff top apartments and one superb 4 bedroom penthouse, with lovely sea views. Ideal second homes or main residences." to be available in 2013.
