Incorporating museum, gift shop, visitor information centre, and the Christopher Tower reference library which "houses the most comprehensive collection of books, maps, reports and ephemera on the New Forest available to the public in a single location". The centre is situated at the eastern end of the pay & display car park just off the high street.
