The cottages (and adjacent post office building) http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/326838 date from 1860. Grade II listed in November 1983. In the main three gables in view are: On the left, a coronet above the letter B (for the Duke of Beaufort) In the middle, AD 1860. On the right, full ducal armorial bearings.
