This bench mark is on the north west corner of the old station building, and it was first recorded on the 1893 Town Plans levelled at 19.69 feet. It was last recorded on the 1928 O.S. map, and is not on the modern O.S. database. A mark with the same grid reference is on the south west face 5.5 metres away.
