A cattle trough on this small area of heathland. The trough was placed here as part of the major grazing project run by the Surrey Heathlands Project team across a number of the smaller heathland sites in North West Surrey. This County Council run project has done much to restore these areas to good health but it looks as if the project will terminate due to the impending spending cuts.
