I think the name has only been recently applied and covers all the businesses that operate out of the buildings that once lined the goods shed and are found under Brighton Station. The two in view are Under the Bridge, a recording studio, and Amsterdammers, who sell second hand bikes from the Netherlands. To the immediate right is part of Trafalgar Place, built in the late 1980s on the site of the former goods shed and in the distance is the recently constructed New England Quarter, also constructed on the site of the former extensive goods yard.
