Many houses in this area which were built as three bedroom semis are having loft conversions and become four or five bedroom houses. Here a temporary roof on scaffolding has been put over the house, with plastic sheeting forming a tent to protect the site during the building works. The red lorry has a crane and was delivering steel girders into the roof space of the house.
