When photographed about a year earlier, the pub had a to let banner outside, and it wasn't clear if it was open or not. A year on, the banner has gone and the pub is definitely open, but on the Marston's site (they own it) the pub is listed as being available to let. It is very handy for the nearby Vines Park, and the canal. June 2010:- Image
