The southern tip of Cei Ballast is just intruding on the left edge of the picture beyond the flow of the Afon Glaslyn. The headland of Portmeirion is the dark streak beyond. The receding tide seems to indicate a new position for the Afon Dwyryd channel not as indicated on the OS map. I don't know if the AD channel is navigable, though. This apparent channel has no navigation marks visible.
