The route they are on is called 'Rumal' (graded HVS, 5a) and traverses along the obvious horizontal break. A good leader will place frequent protection along this to minimise swing potential should the second fall. As it happened, the second (in red) failed just here but was able to lower off a piece of protection down to the easy ground below the vertical wall.
