About three minutes before this photo was taken, the barriers came down. A group of young people then arrived on the left side, and were concerned that they would miss the train, now approaching Rhoose Cardiff Airport International station. The person on the other side of the crossing reassured them that they would have time to catch the train. And so it was - a few seconds after the train had cleared the crossing, the barriers rose and no-one missed the train.
