A close up of a Quaker headstone set into the wall of the Friends' Meeting House, Hitchin. It reads: "SARAH LUCAS DIED 11th MONTH 13th 1771 AGED 24 YEARS". (She was born Sarah Redman and on a personal note, she was my 4th Great-Grandmother)
