A wide-bore pipe crosses the Afon Lwyd, from a recreation area on this side, to the edge of Fairview Court http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/2424940 on the other side. Pointed railings at each end of the pipe are intended to prevent it being used as a footbridge. A proper footbridge http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/2424970 is 50 metres upstream.
