The beautiful Stoneacre is a 15th century, Kentish yeoman's house, extensively restored and sympathetically added to in the 1920s. It is owned by the National Trust and is open on Saturdays. The small garden is delightful. This view from the north-east is seen as the visitor walks up the hill from the car park.
