Site of Foots Cray Place

Foots Cray Place was built in the 1750s, but sadly burnt down in 1949 and was demolished in 1950. The estate was combined with that of North Cray Place (also demolished) to form Foots Cray Meadows, the largest open space in the Borough of Bexley. The house was located on the level area, but apart from some grass terraces away to the left, there is not a trace.
