This was originally a Primitive Methodist chapel, built about 1850 to replace an earlier one, which was too small for the congregation. A similar problem arose in the 1960's, when the congregation moved to a new church in Lechlade Road. Today the chapel is used as a hall, by Highworth Silver Threads, a social group for older people, and by other community groups. Image
